Our Pastor

Our Pastor is Mike Lewis, a native Floridian who became a Christian on July 15, 1989.  He has served in ministry since 1992.  He was ordained at Westside Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL in 1994, graduated from Southeastern Baptist Theological College in Wake Forest in 1997, and earned his M.Div. from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 2001. He served as a Middle School Pastor, Youth/Singles Pastor, and Lead Pastor before founding Providence in March of 2007.  You can find out more about Mike by reading his blog. ProvidenceBlog.
